We are thrilled to announce the exciting addition of our new winery building, set open in Summer 2026. With the new winery, we can produce estate-grown sparkling wine from vine to bottle on our own vineyard. Visitors can see the winemaking process first hand, participate in tastings, and learn about the craft, which can be a significant revenue source.
