Our custom Letina stainless-steel fermentation and storage tanks are due to arrive from Croatia as part of the final commissioning of the Surrey Hills Vineyard winery.
We are thrilled to announce the exciting addition of our new winery building, set open in Summer 2026 with the arrival of our Letina tanks in April 2026. With the new winery, we can produce estate-grown sparkling wine from vine to bottle on our own vineyard. Visitors can see the winemaking process first hand, participate in tastings, and learn about the craft, which can be a significant revenue source.
