What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. They can be used to make a site work, remember your preferences or track how you use it.
Cookies on this website
surreyhillsvineyard.co.uk, run by Blakes Lane Farm Ltd, trading as Robertshaw Vineyard and Winery, keeps cookies to a minimum. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies.
- General browsing: our website does not set cookies for ordinary visitors. WordPress, the system the site is built on, only sets cookies for site administrators when they log in.
- Google Maps (Contact page only): our Contact page shows an embedded Google map. When that page loads, Google may set its own cookies (for example, to remember map settings or for its own purposes). These cookies are controlled by Google, not by us. You can read more in Google’s cookie policy.
Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. This sends your IP address to Google, but does not set cookies.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time using your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse third-party cookies only, which will stop Google Maps setting cookies without affecting the rest of our site. For help, visit the ICO’s guide to cookies.
